Graphite Pencil Drawing: Calico Cat in the Sun, Quick Sketch
Zoe, the short haired calico cat who has befriended the squirrel family, was taking a quick bath on the rock in the garden. I had to do this graphite pencil drawing of her very quickly, sketching her in first. I knew the trees and shrubs would remain long after she left the scene. However, I think this quick sketch might be crying out for some of that photo-enhancing.
