Birmen Cat…Another Graphite Pencil Feline Drawing
Over the years there have been many cats in my life that have come and gone, providing endless subject matter for drawings. I’ll be posting more feline drawings regularly. This particular kitty was Samantha, and oddly enough, she had 6 toes on each front paw. I should have named her Thumbs, but that just seemed too obvious. I looked her up in my cat book, and I think she was a Birmen, also known as the sacred cat of Burma, but I really don’t know. She might just have been a cross between a Siamese cat and a long-hair. It didn’t matter to me. She was precious and gorgeous.
